Just had to comment on last nights Pens v. Avs game. I have always been, and always will be, a huge Pens fan. But last night, when that puck got past Picks in OT, my heart broke just a little bit for him. Hed play SO WELL, esp. vs. a very good team with the worlds best active hockey player on it and a very good goalkeeper in net for them. Calvin kept his team in the game, and deserved a better result. Anyone looking at his record alone would have no idea what a spectacular goalie he is, coming in cold from the minors and working so dang hard to make the Avs a better team. Youre a special goalie, Picks, I wish ya all the best and that your teammates help you out more from here on out!
