Just had to share this post from the Conservative Hispanic Society by Mr. Perry Drake. His comments and the video he attached are the testimony of people who get it. During the Reagan Era, people like Jack Kemp recognized that government could not effectively rebuild communities and create jobs. Reaganomics tried to provide incentives to investors and corporations to build in those areas and create jobs where the people were. The Democrats in the House and Senate fought them tooth and nail, especially in those cities controlled by Democrat mayors and city councils. The Democrats in Detroit eventually won the battle and, sadly, that city is the perfect example of the wasteland that was left. Signed, Grouchy ______________________________________________________ Comment by Perry Drake: Slowly but surely blacks are finally beginning to catch on to the Democrats tactic of using them with race-based appeals to maintain power at their expense. If more of this begins to occur in the black community, you can expect Democrats to switch into full panic mode since it would effectively end it as a nationwide political force if as little as 20 percent of the black vote switched to the Republican Party. I know these areas featured in this video in Chicago very well. They are cesspools of violence, homelessness, disease, poverty, fatherless households and pure hopelessness and all ran by Democrats. Its one of the reasons I now live in Texas. One of the areas mentioned, the Ida B. Wells Homes, isnt too far from Obama and Jesse Jacksons multi-million dollar mansions in Hyde Park. https://youtube/watch?v=BUSRZo1BE5o
