Just happened to see a segment on TV (never really turn it on in our house) anyway it was about the 5:2 diet. Ive had friends and members ask about it before. The reality is, it can work, and so can 99% of other diets. But a few things are extremely evident in just about all of them. Consistency, a deficit in Calories in V calories out and Exercise (or daily movement) Too often people want a quick fix and jump from one diet to the next doing each one for not much longer than a few weeks and wonder why it doesnt work. Heres my new DIET Eat 10% less and eat more actual food, do this consistently (everyday for longer than just 12 weeks) and move your butt more often. Im calling it the stop the bull**** diet. #yourwelcome
