Just heard I came in 2nd out of 20 in my age group! Savage Race. We had a great time! We trained running on flat terrain. Although we knew this was being held at a ski resort we didnt give much thought that we might be running uphill, duh! FOUR times up big ass hills! Corey & I walked a lot of the uphills. The monkey bar obstacle Sawtooth that I trained hard for I fell off of twice on the first bar, the Pipe Dreams obstacle that I could not train for and that I was worried about I made it all the way across! Tazed (shocked) and Shriveled Richard (ice water) were painful. Colussus would have been impossible without help from teammates, and one of us getting up there first to help the rest! All in all it was awesome and were talking about doing it competitively next year! Pictures to come later when we get them. Great Job Corey, Kefton & Derek!
