Just heard news of another community member taking their life. Not someone I knew particularly well. Please people. Call someone. Talk about the shit in your head with another person. Dont let the itty bitty shitty committee between your ears convince you to mske a permanent solution for a temporary problem. Ive had suicidal ideations before I think we all do. A good friend who didnt know me from Ann Margaret at the time said to me when I was going through it Dont give up. Whatever you are going through, you can get through it, you can survive it, and youll be stronger for it. Talk to someone. Call the crisis line. Show up at Harborview and tell them you are thinking about it. Just dont give up. Sea Pah has now lost 3 pups to their own hand. While Im not a member of Sea Pah, please reach out to your pack.
