Lewis has a knack for finding the unusual and will be showing off a clay pipe he found when the wetlands were being cleared. An expert in England has since said that it was made in Gouda, Holland, and can be accurately dated by the makers mark to between 1734 and 1740. It must be one of the oldest artifacts from the Dutch period to be found in the valley.
