Just leaving Little Rock, Preslee still has fluid in her ears, more in her right than her left, they will call me to set up the next appointment (and to figure out what to do from here) Preslee had a more diagnostic hearing screen today, and (even with the fluid in her ears) only showed to have mild hearing loss in both ears! Im taking this as great news!!! My baby can hear! When the fluid resolves, it may not even be THAT bad! So....the audiologist wants to wait to see what the ENT doctors do about the fluid before proceeding with hearing aids. Preslees blood work from Monday came back showing she is still anemic, and neutropenic...from a range of 500-1500, her ANC was at 616. So she will have to have blood drawn tomorrow and Monday to make sure the numbers arent below 500. She will continue the same dose of medicine for right now. Thanks for all the prayers!!
