Just left Siteman. We were all geared up for chemo but her white blood cell counts and platelets are very low. We will try again next week. Good news is we are all approved for Disney! So we will be going in February and make some memories with Dana for the kids. They are very excited. God has provided half of the money for the trip and we can cover the rest so we really feel like He is encouraging us to go. Dana has been sensing a shift in her health that she cant really explain. But its given her an urgency to live life to the fullest with the kids. We found out today that it looks like its back in her liver so we asked them to be honest with us. They believe in miracles so they never lose hope. But they said in the natural we will be very fortunate to have her another year. That we should live day by day and plan her life in months not years. This was obviously hard to hear. But we know God is in control and He has us. His perfect will cannot be stopped and if He wills to heal her here on earth then doctors reports dont matter. But if He wills to bring her home to glory then we will praise Him just the same. Either way she will be made healed and whole by the blood of Christ and will live for eternity to tell of His wondrous grace. Our prayer is for His glory to shine in us and that He would cover our kids with His love. We would appreciate prayer for our kids as well. We are starting to have some tough talks about the future and the possibility of losing mommy. We really havent gone there yet but it just felt like it was time as we lean on the spirit of God to guide us through these uncharted waters. Zoe is her usual positive self and seems undaunted by it all, but Zac is having a rough go. He says hes ok but his lashing out and negative attitude have been hard to handle. Praying Gods peace and love over his little heart. We surprised the kids with the disney news at school today. Ive attached a pic. Thank you all for your prayers and support.
