Just left a great Resurrection Sunday service at Liberty Temple Waukegan. I ministered in Aint Nothing going on but the rent... It was a play on words, emphasizing the often overlooked fact that the first thing that occurred with the death of our Lord was that the veil was rent and we have access to the presence of God, that was guarded and restricted under the old covenant, but is now available to us. We ought not minimize nor devalue that presence, although it is no longer guarded or restricted it is still just as Holy, full of power, and the mercy seat is still there! All of us have the same access because the veil has been rent! The preacher nor the teacher have a special access we can all come boldly to His throne! Are you living a life out of His presence or are you living life as if you have no access to the manifested power of God? Dont take for granted the sacrifice of Jesus Christ which firstly resulted in our ability to dwell in His presence! To neglect His presence is to take for granted the sacrifice that Christ made for you and I! Today commit to honor the sacrifice and live in the presence of God!
