Just like a baby bird has to be pushed out of the nest to learn how to fly, its not going to learn by being told how to fly. Not by sitting in the comfort of its little nest, with his little brothers beside him Youve got to get pushed out, Youve got to get thrown in the deep end, Youve got to suffer, youve got to be afraid. Then you build strength, and you grow, and you learn, and you develop, and you transform into something stronger. And you repeat it, all over again. I think that a person who has it under control isnt necessarily one that learns how to become idle. Its one who becomes familiar with the cycle of life. Everythings a giant circle and you start from whatever point, top or bottom, left or right, it doesnt matter, but you go all the way around, and through that motion you fall, and you climb, and you travel, and you go forward. So, one who has it together is one who is familiar with that circle, with the patterns of that circle, and can manipulate it to his advantage, in a positive way, of course. The people who are strong, who are honest, who are not afraid to accept defeat, because they know if they do, they will just learn and grow from it, and theres no shame in that. Strength comes from being weak, and strength comes from being honest, even if it means that you admit that youre weak. And the most people dont want to admit that theyre weak, because they feel that theyll get stepped on, taken advantage of, or looked at as inexperienced little specks on this planet. But in reality we all are little inexperienced specks, and the ones who are cool with it, are the ones who can grow, and connect, who can understand who we coexist with, be more open and honest and not allow your ego to build a wall around you to protect you. Walls dont protect, light protects. You can see through light, you cant see through a wall. How do you ever expect people to connect with you if they cant see through something youve built. If you want to protect yourself make yourself translucent, so people can still get in. And only give out what you feel comfortable giving out, but still give. You have to give in order to receive. In yet another balance in life, of one side vs the other, you need to be both to be centred. Thats it.(c)
