Just made a big homemade Bread Pudding with Brandy Sauce for dessert tonight. I didnt do this one with French Bread like I normally do now days. I did it the way I did when our boys were little...I would stuff any left over hot dog buns, heels, biscuits into a bread bag and freeze them. Then when the bags were full I would make a bread pudding. They loved them. I didnt have Rum flavoring (my favorite) but I had some Brandy...I bet it will be a good sauce too.
