Just made an interesting meal! LOL Had some left over chili, so I took a little bit and coated the bottom of a pie plate. Put two flour tortillas on top and added another layer of chili and topped it off with shredded cheese. Then, I repeated the layers and topped the final layer off with shredded cheddar cheese. I baked this for about 45 minutes at 350. Once done, I sliced it (it was similar to lasagna) and added shredded lettuce, sour cream, and salsa. It was YUMMY!!! I made extra which can be frozen and warmed up at a later date, too! Finished up the chili I made on Saturday and discovered a new favorite meal. :)
