Just made homemade baby wipes . Half a roll of paper towels ( or a stack of napkins which I used because I had a crap ton of them) Mix one cup of water 1 tablespoon of baby soap and 1 tablespoon of baby oil and put stack of napkins in. Let it soak on one side for 10 minutes and flip over and soak ten more. I put them in a Ziplock container and done. Cheap (almost free) wipes made out of things I already had.
