Just more propaganda. Oh that life were so simple. Make a meme to point an admonishing finger that ignores the politics that were being played by the people that wrote the bill. In this case Republicans added amendments that were totally unrelated to the pension question to the bill trying to force Democrats to vote for something they were opposed to. So who is worse, the people that play games by writing a bill they know will not get passed or the people that voted against it? These are stupid games that help no one and hurt many. In this case it was the Republicans but the Democrats are just as guilty.
