Just my opinion, but I think somehow I have become a great cook, at least my husband thinks so. Tonight it was salmon, bathe it in avocado oil, dill weed, lemon, pepper and sea salt, baked it in a 450 degree oven for 25 minutes. Meanwhile sautéing the asparagus, in avocado oil with butter, pepper, sea salt, garlic, yummy, added some saffron rice with flaked red pepper. Finished it with sour cream and dill weed, with lemon, and horseradish. Yummy.
