Just noticing that the air is VERY dry in ETX. Relatively Humidities are in the 20-30% range. Most of the moisture that moves over the southern portions of ETX will evaporate before reaching the ground...but the air over SE Texas, near Houston is a bit more moist...so I believe that is where most of the sleet and snow will fall overnight...We will continue watching, in case something changes. Just FYI, Keeping You In The Loop!!!
