Just picked up my kids uniforms after being monogrammed at FASHION WORLD and feel the need to speak up. They are not organized, they appear to be bothered when asked for help, and are disrespectful to their customers. Just witnessed obe of the employees yelling at a customer! I dont agree that the customer is always right, trust my experience there! But they should be treated with respect. Will have a word with our new headmaster about that damn place being our exclusive dealer. Amen!
