Just plead guilty to the Commissioner in W7 of the Westminster Court for my cell phone infraction. He lowered my fine to $115 (from $162 - -would have been $216 with option for traffic school + the unknown traffic school fee upon enrollment ). I told him, "Lesson learned" after he reminded the full courtroom that even handing the phone to another (person) can get you a ticket. (I heard that the Court does not reduce fines for red light camera tickets, littering, or traffic school).
