Just pulled the first batch of rhubarb for the season...got it cleaned up, cut up, & stored...I see one hell of a tasty pie to be before me! :-).... Yummy!... now if we can get some strawberries to grow..e on sunshine & some warmer weather...I must admit I get a certain sense of satisfaction & enjoyment from growing & harvesting my own food...it just tastes so much better!...once upon a time I never would have dreamed this would be true for me...live, learn, & grow! :-)
