Just putting some videos and info together for my Online Alpha Male Transformation Group... The lads are coming up to the end of phase 1 which is 2 weeks long. This is what we are working on: 1) Building new habits. Habits that will transform their body in the short term, yet habits they will have for life. You spend 40% of your life in your subconscious mind. So doing things you are not consciously thinking about. Powerful stuff. 2) Changing mindset. They are all very motivated and are keeping each other accountable and on track in the private group we are all in. (Yes we are sweating a lot, taking about willies and boobs and having general Man Banter...You got to enjoy what you do, dont forget this or you wont stick to it!) 3) Detoxed their bodies. This needs to be done both effectively and safely. Toxins are stored in the fat cells. If you dont detox safely it can be damaging to your health and you can forget burning fat if you dont do it effectively. 4) Created a solid base of strength and general conditioning for the next 10 weeks worth of training to sit on. This isnt weight watchers, some of the lads want to get more solid and drop fat others want to just drop fat..but after the first 7 days one of the lads dropped a stone in weight. I will now be addressing some of their concerns and questions in a video, because we all need reassuring that we are on the right path. Im really enjoying this programme with the lads and thanks to them for getting stuck in. Russ
