Just read a post, that someone shared which was, 20 Hollywood stars you never knew were gay. I thought ....a bit of lighthearted fluff and gossip al la the Heat magazine type articles.......and I thought to myself, I wonder who is on the list. Anyway I started reading the comments as I lookded at the piece.....FFS! It was a diatribe of hatred by so called educated, compassionate Christians about, Gays, Feminists, Coloured people, Jews, Muslims....in fact anybody who wasnt exactly like them. I have said for years that the scariest people on this planet are not your Muslim terrorists but your bible belt, gun toting, fundamental christians of the American miswest. It seems that anything you do or say is OK as long as you believe in their God only. As someone who has no problems with anyones faith (usually) I found this frightening. Nowadays we need to realise that if Joe Blow pays the same taxes as you, then he/she is entitled to the exact , equal services of the government. Nothing should be based on handmedown stories from over 3000 years ago. And.... before the religious nutters start attacking me, there is only one thing I have to say......Gillian Anderson is gay......who knew?
