Just read the Time Magazine article in this weeks article The Rise of Fake Pot. Its a very informative article. Explains a lot about the legal issues and why it is so hard to prosecute. One problem is that sellers have to be proven to know they are selling an illegal substance. With so many chemical formulas changing to keep ahead of the laws and the use of chemicals that are not known to labs, its pretty impossible to prove. Another point that stood out to me is that when it is being made, the substances are being sprayed unevenly.
