Just read with one eye (the other closed due to accidental discharge of pepper from my bowl) that PVC are been borrowed by politicians from eligible voters at the rate of #20,000 only to be returned to them after 3days with nobody knowing what is been done to such PVC . Dont let us deceive ourselves thinking that its only illiterate and semi literate that are collecting this money in exchange for their PVC. #20,000 is no small money to a civil servant that had been denied his/her salary for months especially this festive period when much is expected of him by his immediate family (hope you understand?) What worries me is the no cause for alarm from the spokesman to the inec chairman- that nothing can tamper with the PVC issued by inec. I am a jack Bauer addict and I watch season after season how secured security cards are cloned and their biometric tampered with. Abi the Israelis hired by our politicians in abuja have gone ni?! I just hope on the day of election, real owners if the PVC are not denied the right to vote cos the biometric on the card doesnt correspond with what is on inec database. Only time will tell and before it does that, please let us do the right thing by guarding our PVC as if its the pipeline that will supply our own crude oil .
