Just received a call from a dear neighbor, an Ambit energy customer of mine. She had to have her meter replaced since it was so old and when that happened it cancelled her savings with us through her national grid bill as national grid gave her a new account number and didnt tell her. She was so cute. She said Susie, I need your help bad I was like sure virginia whats the matter? So she told me the above story and I said, no worries honey, we got you covered , I will resubmit everything for you to get you back on the savings plan and then she said Oh Thank God, cause now I know why they call you guys at Ambit Energy the finest and most respected in America, thank you thank you thank you That so made my nite so I figured I had to share with all.
