Just received my 146 page HMSA (Blue Cross Blue Shield) Annual Notice of Changes for 2014. OMG are they kidding 146 PAGES? ......and they have a multi-language interpreter service for: English, Spanish, Chinese Mandarin, Chinese Cantonese, Tagalog, French, Vietnamese, German, Korean, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Italian, Portugues, French Creole, Polish, and Japanese. This is the medical insurance policy that we have paid up to $948./per month 2 years ago, then went down to $738./mo. last year and this year $450/mo. This is very scary to me. I may need any attorney to translate it for me.
