You can find out more info on the link below. Well, I made it through my first detox. It has been quite an adventure. I have learned a lot about myself and the effects of the food I eat. I have been introduced to a whole list of new foods that I used to walk right by in the grocery store (produce department) and I am thrilled to know what they are called and what to do with them (Haha). Many of these new foods will continue to be a part of my daily diet. The best and most powerful part of this journey is the results it has produced so far. I didnt lose much weight (maybe 2 pounds) but that was not my big reason for doing the detox. That persistent dull ache in my gut is not there anymore! I wake up in the morning ready to get out of bed and start my day with energy. The energy stays with me all through the day until I go to bed at night. My partner has been doing this with me since I do most of the cooking. He was not at all crazy about the idea but went along to humor me (and he was curious). He had a drs. appt .yesterday. he lost 8-1/2 pounds. His blood pressure dropped to such a good point that the dr wants him to cut down his BP meds from 3 pills a day to 1! That is amazing. Guess who wants to continue this process? Thank you Rachelle. I am so glad I had the courage to try this program with you. I am continuing with the lemon elixer and the cranberry flush. I am going to introduce foods back very slowly and mindfully to see just how these foods effect my system. I am also going to try my best to completely eliminate the foods that I know have a negative effect on me even though I may love them (sugar, wheat ).
