Just rented a one room apartment in Maejo, Chiang Mai so I can oversee the building of our house. Its really like a large hotel room, but I cant complain its 3,000 baht a month and in a new building close to my building site. I dont know if Ill move in or just use it for bi-monthly weekend visits with Kaew. If I move in, Ill drive up with a pickup truck load of items.
