Just sat at the ordering speaker for 5 minutes after asking what soups if any were available. Got zero response so asked if anyone was there got a scripted reply as if I was a new customer. Dumbfounded I repeat the question only to get passed to another employee who asks what my order was. Tried to explain a third time I havent ordered anything yet I just asked what soups are available and havent been answered for 5 minutes to which I yet again got Sorry what was your order?.
