Just sat in an ungodly amount of traffic trying to go up 301 through waldorf to the grocery store. Saw that Acreage on either side of the road up near smallwood drive (roughly a couple hundred acres if I am not mistaken) is under contract. Does anyone know what is going there? I cannot find it on the Shasho website. Also saw that ALL of the farm (several hundred acres) up the street from me is now for sale (previously it was just a smaller portion of it). It is all zoned for business park. They never even built the little office building they were supposed to on 301 on that land. Its been sitting there for almost a year. This in addition to all of the other commercial property (office spaces, etc) that have been sitting empty for years. I am about to lose my mind......
