Just saw on " today" show a segment on green smoothies. I have having these for ages try my recipe: Kale leaves, baby spinach, celery juice of one lemon, apple, banana, and either a pear or kiwi fruit (which makes it sweeter) blend it up and keep in the fridge to drink over a day or two. I have super greens with mine (spriluna,chlorella,wheat grass and barley grass) great way to get extra nutrients especially if like me you are not a breakfast person. Even luc drinks it! Might try coconut water and chia seeds. Wonder if I can talk them into putting it on the canteen menu..hmmm?
