Just saw such a beautiful gesture of humanity at Safeway. An older lady with her belongings in a bag in a shopping cart and only one chancla on needed to call a taxi, so a nice young couple lent her their phone. She called for a ride to the armory. A few of us offered her a ride but she declined. A young woman saw that she had only thin socks on and one flip flop. She took off her furry boots and put them on the lady. I wasnt the only one left crying at the beauty of it.
