Just saw you on the Chris Hayes show. You did a great job with a continual flow of words, but you ought to check your facts first. The $94,000 Fact you stated is approximately 400% of the poverty level for a family of 4 and is totally unrelated to Medicaid Expansion. You are entitled to your own opinions but you are not entitled to making up your own facts. The 2014 Poverty Guidelines for a single person is $11,670 and for a family of 4 is $23.850. Obamacare was expecting every state to extend the coverage by Medicaid to people with income from 100% of poverty level to 133% of poverty level. These people were excluded from Obamacare subsidies because the law that was passed gave them access to free Medicaid. Above that income level through 400% of poverty level, the individual or family is eligible for ACA subsidies. When the Supreme Court said that states could not be forced to offer the Medicaid Expansion, most states controlled by Republican Governors chose not to expand their Medicaid program. All the people between 100% and 133% of the poverty level cannot afford to purchase health insurance, are not eligible for subsidies and are not eligible for Medicaid. If you want to present yourself as an expert on a subject, you might try getting some real facts about it before going on TV and making a fool of yourself.
