Just sent my wedding ring to get downsized WeightNot Member Message: WeightNot does change your entire lifestyle. I’m 5’2”, 34 and started at 172.2lbs., size 14pants. I lost weight along with a lot of inches during the program, and afterward I continued to apply what I learned in WeightNot to general healthy eating and increased my exercise (Karate 2x a week, Gym 3x a week) and lost some more on my own. I am so much healthier and have more energy. I feel better than I did when I got married, in fact, I just sent my wedding ring to get downsized, it almost fell off my finger.
