Just so you all know, apparently they dont do any banking after 4pm, so if you have the last visit time, do it before the visit. Even if it delays everyone. Having consistent policies which are written down and available would be helpful....would that be too much to ask? But then I guess if they wrote down their policies and processes and let other people actually read them they would not be able to lie and deceive us with the nonsense that they try to spin into truth. I have heard some real pork pies lately, only to ring back and get a completely different answer from another staff member. Sound familiar to anyone?
