Just so you know: Please remember we have the specialty classes: Olympic weightlifting, Rowing, Yoga, and Strength through the week. You must register ahead of time for all the classes, except Strength class. The Rowing classes have moved back to Wednesday evening at 6:30pm and 7pm. Take advantage of all the great classes and coaches we have here at CFSL. Coming soon we will have nutritional classes and rehab classes on the weekends.
