Just some of the hundred or so bags we took to the tip today from an HMO with a hoarder in residence. They represent about a quarter of the rubbish in the room, much of which was all sizes of bottles of urine collected over the past 3 years. Now he can see a piece of carpet for the first time in all those years. Tenant in shock and not sure he can cope with it but being very courageous. He took a step onto the floor and stretched his hand to the wall and just smiled before I left. Working it through with him one step at a time.
