Just spent 2.5 hours HTHT-ing with a GM of a large pharma company. It was suppose to just be an hour of exploration but after chatting for a bit, he started sharing his problems and we spent the next two hours diagnosing & brainstorming. Its so fulfilling to be recognized by a prospect as a trusted advisor and not just a training vendor! And it all started because one of his staff highly recommended us. Goes to show again that people buy people first!
