Just spent an hour on the phone with US Cellular what a nightmare since they changed their billing, the took out last months bill out twice and this months. The poor lady told me that I would have to go to a US Cellular store and fill out a paper to have the finance dept. put the money back in my account. I told her that was not going to happen since they closed the store in Lancaster and moved it 30 miles away, and she was going to have come up with a way to put it back while I was on the phone, She was suddenly able to help me. Now I have to check my account to be sure they put it back. If you have automatic withdraw you may want to check you account. I think US Cellular owes all of there customers a big apology and a credit for all the problems they have caused us customers.
