Just spent the afternoon in Dell HELL. In less than a year the motherboard of my sons computer died. They replaced it. Died again. When the technician opened up the computer, the motherboard was not even screwed down and the fan was wired in correctly, and now after ruining the computer, they wont replace it. All this in less than a year of owning this ---close to the top of line home laptop. Never again! Poor quality machine and awful warranty service. Anybody having a good experience with their computer? If so would you be kind enough to write the brand and series. Never a Dell again and not an Apple neither.
