Just spoke to a few past clients over the course of a couple days, to find out that Old Republic Home Protection has saved their butts so much money this summer. Just from the clients I know about, Old Republic has paid out over $15K in repairs and AC replacements for multiple clients. For a mere $485 to cover 1 year, and a $100 deductible could save you thousands. One buddy just called me a few minutes ago and said they replaced his entire AC unit saving him over $6K, and it only cost him $1300 in miscellaneous parts that werent covered. Even if I didnt sell you your home, even if youve lived in your home for 20 years, even if your AC or HVAC are past its useful life I can get you hooked up. I get ZERO from the warranty company, I just like to make sure those around me are taken care of.
