Just spoke to someone who works at a place where managers help count tips and regulate the distribution of them.......news for you: To Bar/Nightclub/Pool/Restaurant management: you have NO RIGHT telling tipped employees what to do with their tips or being involved in ANY way in counting tips or how they tip out fellow employees.....first off, its against the law!! Second, its morally and ethically wrong and third, its NOT your hard-earned money to decide anything about it!! ......any managers want to challenge me and explain otherwise??
