Just spoken to a very pleasant and helpful chap at Eon called Adam trying to sort out my energy tariff. At least, in Eons favour, their call centre is based in this country and you can actually understand what is being said. However, the conversation went on for at least 15 minutes because of the ridiculous amount of legal rubbish they are required to read to customers. Does anyone actually take in this kind of crap that is being rammed down their throats?
