Just started a strength phase in my programming, hitting about 5 reps max per set focussing primarily on compound lifts for 2 months, first few weeks have squats 3x a week! 👌 Periodisation is important for continual progression and busting through plateauxs. Unfortunately the biggest change that occurs in most peoples programs when changing is switching from bench press to dumbbells 😂😂 How often do you change your program? Do you include different phases focussing on different goals?
