Just take a poll most people who term northern region as the most wicked people are those who has never visited the north in their life. Northerners are the most kind people in Nigeria especially if u are a stranger. Go to igbo land immediately the taxi man realize that u are a stranger,just consider urself that u have entered one chance,bc what ever he sells for 10naira will automatically become 100. Likewise some yoruba and Edo land. But meet a northerner and u will be suprise the hospitality that u will receive from him. Last 2months i was coming back from work and i wanted to buy onions from the market but i realized that buying from aboki wheelbarow is cheaper,i decided to call one and i picked 20 naira onions but the aboki man dont have change of 180 naira, the next thing that the aboki man said is that take it dont bother about the money. My dear igbo,yoruba even ishan man will not only lay curse on my head for bringing 200 for 20 naira item but collect the item from me. I stayed in the north for sometime and i know wat i m talking. The only way a northerner is something else is when it come to religion,a core northerner is ready to do anything to anybody(directly and indirectly) he feels has insulted his religion and the person u feel is ur best friend might even be the one to bring u out for slaughter. It might not be the wish of the people involve directly but the brainwasher who feels that the people has to fight for God. The katsina issue is a typical example,where a corper taught students on thursday or there about but the people only came out on friday to burn down churches after imam inform them that they have to deal with the blasphemer or his place of worship after jumat of that friday.
