Just taking the time to thank all those who took the time to send up your prayers and for those who sent me messages and other gestures of kindness and love during my recovery from a Heart attack I suffered 2 weeks ago. With that said, I am so very grateful to God for blessing me with the spirit of survival and a second chance at life with which I will no longer take for granted. I have received the ultimate wake up call and am taking heed to the urgent message of change as well as my charge to share this testimony as a means of helping others if I can. Ive put down the cigarettes for good and am committing to eating healthy, and making gradual changes, whatever is necessary to preserve and respect the life that Ive been blessed to have. My recovery process is going well and I am excited about new possibilities for the next chapter of my life, stay tuned I. Plan to do big things and once again my most humbled gratitude for the love and support to - YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!
