Just to clarify. It was ordered today Isaiah would stay in protective custody, as they work on an interstate compact which would mean he would be coming home with Their stipulations and Mo reporting back to IL so they can have jurisdiction. The temp custody hearing went on for nearly 3 months so they managed to keep my son in protective custody that entire time and wait 2.5 months to start the interstate transfer! Very odd IL wants to remain in control since we only came here for a surgery and we dont live here? We were really hoping Isaiah would be coming home today. During the time he has been medically detained we have missed Easter, Mothers Day, and now 4th of July being able to spend time together. There is nothing fair or just about any of this. We are truly sad this nightmare has to continue. appreciate the prayers and support
