Just to end any potential speculation, I have served notice to DCWF regarding the use of Phoenix Pass - I am sure some people will make me out to be the villain of the piece - I really do not care either way. I want to build a new arena on the land, but I want to build it with horses involved in some way like the first one and not for Numbers Rossini. I have given up to 1 months notice adequate time to find a new home. In hindsight I ought to have done this a long time ago, but now I have other matters on the horizon I want to redevelop now. Good luck to my very few remaining friends in DCWF. To head off any rumors - Yes I totally did call numbers whatever he said I called him and yes I did tell him to quit DCWF and step down as he is a liability. I do not deny that or pretend to have any moral high ground here, however I am not obligated to assist him or DCWF indefinitely into the future either with no benefit for myself or happiness from watching shows when I am around.
