Just to keep you update on the semolina flour experiment.... If you want a really good pizza dough.. 1/2 white flour...1/2 semolina and use honey instead of sugar... I would put it up against any dough. It is very good and yes R2D2 survived the experiment ... I did not chew off my arm last night but there were more than a few minutes that I thought about it. Now I just need for neck to quit hurting quiet so much and it would all be good.
