Just want to inform everyone that the 7 puppies we just took arrived at Levy county animal services WITHOUT their mother. If the mother was with them we wouldve have taken her as well without a doubt. We WOULD NEVER just take puppies especially ones this young and leave the mom behind to die. Levy county is a heart stick facility and no animal should ever be left there. We have received several rude comments and messages implying we left the the mother there to die. It was imperative these pups be taken asap from the shelter. Thank you for all the support and everyone who stepped up to foster these Angels. They will be available for adoption in about 2-3 weeks.
