Just want to say that I sent a message to publix corporate about my Hueytown store. I sent it two days ago and although I did voice a few annoyances I had with 2 of their managers, for the most part I was applauding certain employees by name. I got a very nice call from the manager Holly today and we talked at length. She was super sweet and nice and answered every question I had. I wanted to mention it because this page seems to be so full of poor customer service, I felt I needed to share something positive!
